Return Policy
We cannot accpet exchanges or returns for opened food items. All products are checked prior to shipping to be sure the products you recieve are not damaged. If you receive damaged products, please contact the shipping company directly. We recommend that you include shipping insurance with your order.
Warrranty issues should be referred to the manufacturer. You may contact us for additional information.
If you are dissatisfied with your order for any other reason, you can return your items for a prompt refund or exchange provided we receive them unused and in like new condition. You must obain a RA (Return Authorizion number) from us prior to returning any merchandise. Instructions on obtaining an RA were included with your order or you may eMail us at returns@weluvurpet.com. When you are issued an RA you will receive shipping istructions. Items must be returned within thirty days of the purchase date and will be credited in the same form as the original payment type or the refund will be applied to purchases requested with your RA. The original shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Exchange orders will be charged handling and shipping similar to a new order. Returns must be shipped fully insured and prepaid.
You may return any unopened merchandise in its original condition, including original packaging within 30 days of receipt and you will receive a full refund less shipping. Any shipping cost that you incur to return a product to us will not be refunded. No Refunds will be available after 30 days of receipt. Exchanges are available only if the product(s) are in their original packaging and unopened. Return information including the return shipping address will be included with your order.
We require the following information to process your return:
The Return Authorization (RA) number
Your full name and address
Phone number
Email address
Packing Slip
The original order confirmation number (eMailed to you when you placed your order)
The reason for returning the merchandise
ORDERS NOT RECEIVED
You must notify us within 15 days if your order is not received. We cannot be responsible for orders stolen from the delivery location or orders delivered to the wrong address. We will be happy to work with you to track your order through the shipping carrier.
OUT OF STOCK ITEMS
If we are not able to fulfill your order for any reason we will notify you via email promptly to let you know whether an item is on backorder or no longer available. You will receive a full refund for any item that is no longer available or if you wish to cancel your order after we notify you.
